How long does it take to receive an order?

Our average delivery times are 7 to 13 working days.


For some products, we deliver in less than a week.


To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our producers and therefore have no intermediary. This allows us to offer you really advantageous prices compared to what you could have in a physical store. .

Where do we come from?item

Our company is French. We ship our packages directly from our producers located in France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Asia.

Who delivers my item and what are the delivery times?

Your items are delivered through your local post service.
Items are delivered according to the terms of your local post office.

What if no one is home?

Don't worry, your items will be left in your PO Box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.

I made a mistake in the delivery address, what should I do?

Do not panic, if your order has not yet been sent, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no more changes can be made.

There are items missing from my order, where are they?

We work with several suppliers, when you place an order, each supplier takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will therefore receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, some will be slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product 3 times, then they will all be sent in a single package.

Is your site secure?

This site is 100% secure. And to tell the truth, we could even say that it is 300%.

Here's why :

First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you).

Most sites only secure their "basket" and everything related to the payment of orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.

Finally, concerning the payment, we use Stripe which are the references in terms of security of transactions on the Internet.

What are the payment methods?

Currently, you can pay by credit card and Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank cheques, transfers or payments upon receipt.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% "satisfied or refunded" guarantee!
If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the price of the item in full as soon as it reaches us.

However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage will then need to be emailed to us as proof of delivery.

How do I apply my promo code?

Once this action has been completed, confirm your selection by clicking on “Payment”. The payment page will open and you can take full advantage of this offer by entering its code, which will automatically apply the reduction.

Example : A promotion is available on the site “Product A purchased, Product B offered” with the code “PROMO”. I select the desired Product A as well as Product B which corresponds to a predefined selection of items. Both items are present in my basket and I can click on the "Payment" button and enter my "PROMO" code in the next step.

Why does my promo code not apply in my basket?

To be able to apply your promotion code, you must validate your basket by clicking on "Payment", which will validate your selection. Once on the payment page you can apply your promotion code.

As soon as the validation has been carried out, a summary will be visible with the price update.
